I wish I had found this sooner
It took me 20 years to find this level of support, my life could have been so different I had found it sooner. I learned, talked and changed in a relatively short period of time. It has it's scary moments, but that is part of the process. When the light comes on and the weight lifts from your shoulders it is magic!

For five years, as my former career, I was a psychotherapist. To complete my training, I saw four different therapists over several years. I cannot remember too much about my other therapists. However, I will remember being coached by Naomi. I only hope that I offered my clients at least 50% of what Naomi provided for me.
Insights into our minds
Naomi and I have been working, sharing, and collaborating together for two years now. Naomi has been in people development all of her career. She is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, NLP practitioner and is publishing her first adult self help book.
Her coaching and training work comes out of her personal life where, in the middle of a personal breakdown, facing divorce, spiralling debt and isolation she decided she needed to change herself. What she discovered in those months turned her life around.
